The Fountaingrove Executive Center

College Avenue Office
Established as part of the overall Santa Rosa Business Park, the College Avenue Office project is established to meet the expanding Class A office needs of Santa Rosa and the region. The one-acre parcel supports a 17,000 sf structure, designed with a southwestern flair. The architectural detailing establishes large overhangs, standing seam metal roofing, stucco exterior finishes and rough textured masonry fmishes as accents.
